When a property management company in Sunriver, Oregon, reached out to us about refinishing the wood slat siding on 18 homes, we knew it would be a project that required both precision and stamina. Each home had its own wear and weathering from years of Central Oregon’s sun, snow, and rain, and our job was to bring them all back to life with a consistent, lasting finish.
The process started with preparation—carefully cleaning the siding to remove dirt, moss, and old finishes. Once the surfaces were prepped, our team repaired areas where wood had begun to show signs of rot or damage, replacing slats where needed to ensure every home was structurally sound. From there, we moved into sanding and detail work, taking extra care to keep the natural grain of the wood intact.
Finally came the transformation: applying high-quality stain and sealant that not only revived the warm, rich look of the siding but also provided long-term protection against the elements. Working across 18 homes, our crew maintained consistency while treating each property with the attention it deserved.
