Project: Flowers Remodel
When Eric and Kim Flowers approached us in August 2016 to discuss an addition on top of their garage, we were intrigued. When we found out why, we were motivated. Their young girls, we were told, needed their own rooms and the family needed a guest room for the frequent visits of grandparents. The addition would provide for both needs. There's nothing like helping a family feel more at home with Life to motivate us to action. As this was a winter project, we got right to work. As we all know, so did Winter! We dodged rainstorms and historic snowfall, but the result is a beautiful new space for two up-and-coming beauties, and grandparents with new room to spoil them.

We essentially build the home or remodel on paper before we begin. Once our clients are pleased with the intention and the process we've outlined, creating the product begins in earnest. Our goal is always to finish the product as quickly as possible while maintaining our high levels of finished quality and communication with our clients.
In the end, we crave our clients' satisfaction (and referrals) above everything - except our ability to go home at the end of the day knowing that we've fulfilled our promise to provide the highest value to our clients, on Earth and under Sky.
Project: Cumberland Remodel
This remodel required a multi-phase surgical demolition to keep important features of the original home intact throughout construction.
The entire roof was removed making way for vaulted ceilings, and a gorgeous and clever display area above the kitchen cabinets. Several interior beams matching those on the home's exterior add great design impact. A large folding bookcase on a hidden floor track conceals a "secret" room and the kitchen is a modern work of art.
Extensive remodels such as these are a challenge to complete, but the results are worth the effort. Best of all, our clients love us!
Project: Ponderosa Commons
Sometimes you build a home and sell it to someone who loves it as much as you do. Such was the case with three homes in Sisters. Built in 2006 for an investor/flipper, these cedar-lap homes look as good now as they did when we built them. They're within walking distance to all the town of Sisters has to offer, from the Sisters Folk Festival to great shopping to some of the best hiking trails in Oregon. The good news is we've just listed the LAST FOUR LOTS in this small subdivision, complete with plans from the award-winning The Bungalow Company. For more information click the link below!
